This phone was renamed from V8 to L7.

This phone is a special edition SLVR L7. It is a collaboration between Motorola and (PRODUCT)^RED™. It was released to help eliminate AIDS in Africa by contributing a percentage of the purchase price of each unit to The Global Fund. The contribution consists of £10 for each red MOTOSLVR™ sold, and 5% thereafter of all charges for texts and calls. This phone was exclusive to the United Kingdom. Exclusive to the US was the red MOTORAZR V3m.
